Meet our team of experienced Instructors...

Keith Smith
Instructor

Keith was the lead instructor for several years at Kaplan Professional Schools, Home Inspection Division in Tempe, Arizona.  Kaplan offered exceptional classroom instruction, however decided to cease the operation of the Home Inspection Division in Tempe, AZ in January 2009. 
With the absence of a high quality, "Hands On" training facility in the Phoenix area, Keith along with the rest of the instructors, wanted to continue providing the high quality instruction for home inspectors.... so they started INSPECTION TRAINING of AZ!


Ryan Delaney ITA Instructor

Ryan has been giving instruction to students and continuing education classes to home inspectors for the past few years.  He is currently the President of Limitless Property Services Inc., a home inspection company servicing the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2003. Ryan has performed over 1000 paid residential home inspections, as well as several commercial inspections. Ryan's background in residential and commercial construction was a natural transition to becoming a professional home inspector and he is looking forward to many more successful years in the home inspection business.


Ralph Baca ITA Instructor
Ralph Baca, P.E.
Instructor

Ralph Baca, P.E. is the owner of Baca Engineering, LLC. As principal engineer Ralph is a licensed professional engineer in both Arizona and California with over twenty years of design engineering, construction, and inspection background. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. Ralph is a licensed Arizona home inspector and an active member of several building inspection and engineering societies, such as NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Currently he is servicing as President of the local NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) Arizona chapter and recently, in 2004, served on the ASHI National Educational Committee. Ralph has also served as an instructor teaching home inspection courses at Kaplan, Southwest Institute of Property Inspectors and at Phoenix College as well as a featured speaker at several local home inspection association meetings and conferences.



Neil Brogren ITA Instructor

Neil Brogren is owner/inspector of A-N-B Home inspections. He has been teaching inspection classes for the past few years.  Neil is an Arizona state certified home inspector. He is a member of American Society of Home Inspectors and has been the secretary for the Arizona Chapter of ASHI since 2002. Neil started his company in 1998 after graduating from Kaplan Professional Schools in Oceanside, CA. Neil has a Masters Degree in education and taught high school industrial arts prior to joining the U.S. Army. For five years Neil was a professor of military science teaching Army ROTC at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. During his Army career Neil bought, remodeled, and sold several homes at different locations in the United States. He also assisted with numerous repair and construction projects on the family farm. 


Jack Fehlandt

Jack became an inspector, joined
ASHI and the Great Lakes Chapter  in 1992. He has performed 3,600 plus residential inspections throughout six counties in the Chicago area. Jack sold his business in January 2003. Jack taught home inspection subjects for 6 1/2 years at the Kaplan/ITA school in Chicago area.  Jack has served 5 years on the State of Illinois Home Inspector Advisory Board, helping implement home inspector licensing (as of 1-1-03) and hearing disciplinary cases and approving education curriculum.




John Godsey
Instructor

John Godsey has been in the commercial and residential general contracting business for over 35 years. John graduated from the University of California, San Diego Lead Training Center and became a State of California Certified Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor. John is a graduate of Kaplan Professional Schools. After John graduated from Kaplan Professional Schools, he birthed Santa Fe Environmental Safety Corp. and Santa Fe Home Inspections and has completed over 1,500 Residential, Commercial and Mold Inspections. He completed mold inspection and remediation training and was certified through the Environmental Assessment Association. John has been a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), CREIA (California Real Estate Inspector Association), InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and the Environmental Assessment Association.  John's experience in the field has made him an excellent instructor.

Scott M. Warga
Instructor

Mr. Scott M. Warga is a Residential and Commercial General Contractor in the state of Arizona and the Qualifying Party for ACSI American Construction Specialists and Investigations LLC. (AZ ROC. 216772.) He has over 15 years experience as a builder, inspector and consultant in the construction, construction failure-analyses and forensics industry. Mr. Warga is in addition a Certified Home Inspector (AZ. BTR 38062) in the state of Arizona and has been appointed to the Arizona Board of Technical Registration's Enforcement Advisory Committee. He is the Central District Chairman for the Arizona chapter of The American Society of Home Inspectors. (ASHI ), and has performed over 2500 inspections. He also holds a qualification as a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI). He holds specialty certification as a Certified installer of Xerxes underground storage tanks and has been directly involved in the construction of over 22 convenience stores and fuel stations. Mr. Warga has provided OSHA compliance assistance, risk management and loss control services and consultancies to construction companies, constructors and property managers. Mr. Warga is also a noted Arizona radio commentator in construction issues for consumers, an accredited local and national educator in inspection, real estate, disclosure and construction and forensic practices and has acted as a consulting expert witness in construction and inspection disputes. His services have been rendered for a wide array of construction companies, inspectors, agencies, attorneys, Mediators and Arbitrators, property mangers, agent and owners.
